The Foundry photo studio + event space is a community-driven studio space open for rent near downtown Fargo, ND. Co-owned by The Archers and Studio Freshly, our studio offers a warm, intentional environment where your work can speak for itself. With a fully flexible layout and entirely movable furniture, you have the freedom to curate the space for every client.

From hourly photography sessions and long-term rentals to intimate events, we provide a space built by creators, for creators. Reach out to book your session or pitch us your event concept—we can’t wait to see what you create here.

What is Included?

At $100/hour, your rental includes a natural light studio with approximately 900sq feet to create. The Foundry is an open canvas for your imagination. With ground-level entry and an adjoining parking lot, it’s easy for you and your clients to access. Included in your hourly rental are select furniture pieces, an in-studio sink/bathroom, and more.

  • There are a total of six windows, south + west-facing. Natural lighting is fully dependent on the outdoor/daylight conditions. A ceiling light switch is located at the entrance if overhead lighting is preferred.

  • Included in your rental is a leather sofa, 2 natural wood chairs w/ tan cushions, a natural wood stool, a full-length mirror.

  • The Foundry studio is located within the Mosaic District. There is a lot in front of the building that is open to renters and their clients. There is a direct door/ground-level access to The Foundry on the south side of the building.

  • We love animals and think they deserve to be documented. Enjoy your time and clean up any messes or stray hairs.
